Riverside campground is located on the beautiful Susquehanna river 9 miles south of Williamsport (on the edge of Montgomery borough). With just a short walk to town, you can visit the local shops, meet some of the merchants and maybe pick up something you may need to continue your trip.

The campground is open year round with limited sites after October 15th thru March 30th, please call for camping conditions. The park has 135 sites all on level ground for your convenience. All sites have water and electric, 98 of those include sewer hookup. Plus additional tenting sites with no water, electric or sewer. Some 50amp sites available. Cable TV available on all sites except tent sites. We also have a laundromat with 12 commercial washers and 10 dryers for your convenience. For the warmer months, we feature our 20' x 50' swimming pool to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Riverside Lounge is located on the property and is open year round. We have a wide variety of legal beverages and great bar/grill food. Check out the Riverside Lounge page for our specials and a schedule of DJs and live bands on the weekends!!

You might want to schedule your stay to coincide with one of our campground events such as; Native American Powwow, Bluegrass Festival, and July 4th Fireworks. Right next to the campground in Montgomery Borough park with an all new children's playground and new skate board park.

Some nice things to try while in the Williamsport area would be a ride on the trolley thru Millionaires row and then on to the Hiawatha paddle boat ride on the Susquehanna River, very inexpensive. Next you may wish to visit Knobles Grove amusement park which is 40 minutes away from the campground, or on Sundays, visit the Rt. 15 flea market approximately 15 minutes south of us. Take me out to the ball game, take in a Williamsport Crosscutters baseball game (AA baseball) June thru September. Don't forget about the children and the kid in your husband, visit the Little League Museum and World Series stadium only 10 minutes away from the campground. The largest fair in the state is in September, 10 minutes from campground, call for dates. Last, but not least, visit the Lycoming Mall then if you have any energy left in your legs, take a trip to the Woolrich Woolen Mills outlet store.
